Generational traumas rooted deep into our tree

Only one of us trying to break free

Trapped inside your mind

You have become entwined

A web a fallacious certainties laid inside

You can not break through this rip tide

Convinced you are not to blame

You leave me with all of the Shame

Unable to cope with what’s inside

You are filled with egotistical pride

Unwilling to see

Everything you did to me

No where to hide

Inside I am mortified

Living in phycological warfare

I am filled with despair

No personal identity

Living in obscenity

Tormented with

Borderline personality

Voices in my head

Filling me with dread

Wounded from the emotional warfare

Left with scars from everywhere

I hide these marks you leave on me

Hoping one day you will see

The pain you bring upon me

This pain you bring

Will some day no longer sting

I will heal from this pain

I will break this generational chain
